A Starry Sky

Sometimes
you can't see any stars in the sky.

But myriads of stars are always shining up there, no matter how many clouds are over you.

Tea Time in Hanoi(2) - Work in Progress

The sugar pot and the plate of biscotti are done.

I started to draw and paint this picture without knowing how time-consuming it would be.

Gray, gray, gray, brown and brown.

I'm missing bright colors.

Tea Time in Hanoi(1) - Work in Progress

When I lived in Vietnam, I used to walk to a nearby hotel to have some tea at the lounge. Tea came with a small sweet treat and I loved it.

Now I'm painting the tea set as I look at a photo I took eight years ago. And the teapot is done.

This is my first attempt at painting a metallic object. I've been having lots of first times lately.

MARKS&WEB herbal oil

This is a bottle of jojoba oil from MARKS&WEB, a Japanese skin/hair-care products manufacturer. I've been a fan of their herbal oil for over 10 years.

This is the first glass bottle I've ever painted.

TWININGS BLACKCURRANT Flavoured Black Tea

Have you tried this flavored tea? Blackcurrant and black tea, it's a beautiful match.

I learned it's really difficult to portray an object as it appears to the eye.

ALTOIDS

I love mints. Especially ALTOIDS. The only problem is that the tin is too good to just throw away.
